Asserting that unity and coordination were essential, Al-Qahtani highlighted Kuwait’s rejection of all power displays and threats within the framework of international relations. Peace and cooperation are the foundation of global ties, he said. The rule of law and international agreements must be respected by all means.

In his address, he reiterated Kuwait’s unwavering commitment to just international causes, namely the right of the Palestinian people to establish an independent state within the 1967 borders with east Jerusalem as the capital of the future country, as stipulated by international agreements and the Arab peace initiative.
